Mr. Dean & Ms. Floyd's Class
Dear WPACES Families,
Hello! My name is Mr. Dean. Ms. Floyd and I will be your scholar’s teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. I’ve got 6 years teaching experience, four of which have been with West Philadelphia Achievement Charter Elementary School (WPACES).
I am a graduate of Alabama A&M University, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History, along with a Minor in Zoology. I am also a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy raising birds and tropical fish. I also enjoy a good movie, food, and sports.
This will be an exciting and challenging academic year. I expect this year to be a challenging but fun year in which the student and his/her teachers will grow. Together we will explore concepts related to Math, Science, Social Studies, and Literacy through face to face communication and technology.
We look forward to forging a relationship with our parents that will be a very present help during the upcoming school.
