Parents of students attending the Valentine Dance,
We are very excited to be hosting our Valentine's Dance. There are a few things that we must go over before the dance...
All Clubs will be canceled Friday afternoon, including Boxing.
If you purchase pictures, your child will come home with a wristband. Please place the wristband on your child and do not remove it. They must wear it to the dance. Pictures may NOT be purchased on the evening of the dance.
All students attending the dance must have their transportation paper filled out and on file. Students must go home at dismissal and return for the dance. All students should dress to impress.
All students must have a ticket. There will be NO tickets sold on the evening of the dance. The dance begins at 5:30 pm. All students in 3rd through 5th grade will come in through the bus doors. All students K through 2nd Grade will come to the Callowhill Doors (playground).
The dance ends at 8:00 pm. All students will be picked up at the same door they entered. We are also asking parents to please take your child’s coat once they enter the dance. There will not be access to any other doors in the building. PLEASE BE ON TIME.
Most importantly, all students attending the dance MUST be present in school on Friday.
